Thank you for your interest in purchasing original artwork by Viktoria Dragon.

Shipping Area

Orders are shipped within the European Union (EU) and to selected international destinations, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other countries where shipping is available.

Shipping availability depends on the destination and will be shown at checkout. Viktoria Dragon reserves the right to decline shipments to destinations where reliable or insured delivery is unavailable.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the artwork price and are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated shipping costs:

Finland: €15–20
Nordic countries: €20–30
Other EU countries: €30–50
Rest of the world: €50–80

Please note that shipping costs are estimates and may vary depending on the size, weight, destination, and shipping service selected.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–5 business days after payment has been received.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email, including tracking information, once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Finland: approximately 2–6 business days
International destinations: approximately 4–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, weather conditions, seasonal demand, or other factors beyond the seller's control.

Tracking and Insurance

All shipments include tracking to help ensure the safe delivery of your artwork.

Where available, shipments may require a signature upon delivery to help protect your purchase.

Packaging

Each artwork is carefully packaged using professional protective materials suitable for fine art transportation to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. Viktoria Dragon has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package and artwork immediately upon delivery.

If the packaging or artwork appears damaged, please:

take clear photographs of the packaging and artwork,
retain all original packaging materials,
report the damage immediately to the shipping carrier, and
contact Viktoria Dragon as soon as possible.

Photographs and supporting documentation may be required to process.

Incorrect Shipping Address

The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, any additional shipping costs required to resend the artwork will be the buyer's responsibility.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the buyer or returned because it was not collected, the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping charges, customs fees, and the cost of reshipping the artwork, where applicable.

Delivery Delays

While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, Viktoria Dragon is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, strikes, natural events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Original Artwork

Each artwork sold is an original, one-of-a-kind piece.

In the unlikely event that an artwork is lost or irreparably damaged during shipping, any compensation will be handled in accordance with the shipping carrier's insurance policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Because original artworks cannot be replaced, a replacement may not be available.
