Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing original artwork from Viktoria Dragon.

Right of Withdrawal (Customers within the European Union)

If your order is delivered within the European Union (EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the artwork without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify Viktoria Dragon before the 14-day withdrawal period expires by contacting:

After notifying us, the artwork must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

Customers Outside the European Union

Customers located outside the European Union are not automatically entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

However, Viktoria Dragon accepts returns from customers in selected international destinations, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, provided that the return conditions below are met.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, import duties, taxes, and any other charges associated with returning the artwork unless the return is due to damage during shipping, a defective artwork, or an incorrect item being delivered.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the artwork must:

  • be returned within the applicable return period;

  • be in its original condition;

  • show no signs of damage, alteration, misuse, or excessive handling;

  • include any certificates of authenticity or accompanying documentation, where applicable; and

  • be securely packed using the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging suitable for fine art transportation.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the artwork is adequately packaged for its return journey. Viktoria Dragon is not responsible for damage occurring during return shipping due to insufficient packaging.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Artwork

Please inspect your package and artwork immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect artwork, please contact Viktoria Dragon as soon as possible and provide:

  • photographs of the artwork;

  • photographs of the packaging;

  • photographs showing any visible damage; and

  • your order number.

If the damage occurred during shipping or the incorrect artwork was delivered, Viktoria Dragon will work with the shipping carrier and, where appropriate, offer a refund, replacement, repair, or another suitable resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Return shipping costs in these cases will be covered by the seller where required.

Refunds

Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork or receiving proof that it has been shipped back, whichever occurs first, where required by applicable law.

Original shipping charges are refundable only where required by applicable consumer protection legislation or where the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

Refused, Unclaimed or Undeliverable Shipments

Failure to collect or accept delivery of an order does not automatically constitute a valid return or cancellation.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the buyer, any return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, storage fees, or other costs incurred may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

If the artwork cannot be returned to the seller because customs charges remain unpaid by the buyer, no refund will be issued until the artwork has been successfully returned.

Non-Refundable Charges

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following are non-refundable:

  • customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country;

  • expedited shipping services requested by the buyer; and

  • costs resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
